How to
Get started with Wren after signup
Choose one useful outcome, review any setup Wren proposes, and continue with real work.
- 1
After confirming your email, continue to your workspace welcome page. Choose Ask Wren to guide me if it is offered, or use the starting steps on the page.

- 2
Tell Wren what you want to do first: organize a client project, send an invoice, or let clients book time. Include what you have already done so you can continue from there.

- 3
Review each proposed action before choosing Confirm. Wren can propose a workspace setup, a named project, or a client. For other jobs it explains the steps or links you to the appropriate screen.

A recommendation is not completed setup. Sending an invoice, connecting payments, importing contacts, and publishing a website still require you to finish the relevant flow.

Check each action's result and use View to open the created record. If an action fails or you cancel it, check what succeeded before asking to try again.

- 5
Use the record you created for your first real task. Return to the welcome page or the setup checklist when you are ready for another step.

Worth knowing
- Wren setup actions are available to workspace admins where AI is enabled and within its usage allowance. If Wren is unavailable, the welcome page, written guides, and normal creation screens still work.
- A solo owner can begin without inviting a teammate, importing a website, or adding a logo. Connect payments when you need to collect money; your bsns subscription payment method is separate from your client-payment setup.
- For help on a phone, use the responsive web welcome page. The native mobile app has its own Wren and daily-work screens; it does not duplicate every web setup screen.
